Kuala Lumpur – GastroMonth Kuala Lumpur and Penang 2024 by FunNow Malaysia offers food enthusiasts a unique chance to dine at MICHELIN Guide-recognized restaurants.  Diners can enjoy specially curated affordable weekday lunches and never-seen-before multi-course dinners. Running from May 31 to June 30, the event features over 20 renowned establishments, with prices starting at just RM68 per person for weekday lunches.

This year’s GastroMonth not only promises culinary delights but also a philanthropic touch. A portion of the proceeds will support local organizations benefiting underprivileged children of:

  1. Fugee School: Providing educational opportunities from kindergarten to lower secondary for refugees in Kuala Lumpur.
  2. Yayasan Chow Kit: This organization meets the needs of at-risk children and teenagers in the Chow Kit area of Kuala Lumpur through a 24-hour crisis and temporary center and safe homes.
  3. Yong Ai Orphanage: Provides care and support for underprivileged children.

Unique to this year’s event is the “Star Chef Collaboration,” where 20 chefs will team up for exclusive multi-course dinners, available on 10 nights in June, with different dinner themes each weekend.
